Good African is managed by the following directors:

Chairman and CEO
Andrew Rugasira is the Chairman of the Board and CEO. Andrew is responsible for the day-to-day operations and running of the company.

Director
Hans Paulsen is the Chief Commercial Officer of Uganda Telecom Ltd, the leading telecommunications provider. Hans has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, particular expertise in strategy, planning, marketing and change management.

Director
Rachel Dumba is the Head of Human Resources, DFCU Group, a leading consumer, institutional and development financing company.  Racheal has worked in both urban and rural evnvironments and has a wealth of exprience within Human Resource Management; Training, Communication, Conflict Handling, Negotiation, Problem Solving and Decision Making.

Simon Rutega is the Chief Executive, Uganda Securities Exchange Ltd, which runs the stock exchange in Uganda. Simon was instrumental in the establishment and management of the operations of the first Stock Exchange in Uganda. Simon is a forward thinking, visionary and project oriented financial executive with over 10 years experience in finance and corporat emanagement.
